Why separate into packets?

Why ground the flax seed?
To maximize nutrient absorption, especially omega-3 fatty acids, we use flaxseed powder instead of whole flax seeds. The outer shell of whole flax seeds can be challenging to digest, limiting access to nutrients.

I like to add fruit and brown sugar to my oatmeal. Powersludge complemented my additions well and it was cool to know I was getting a ton more nutrition than normal. I added a full cup of milk because I like it thinner. Great stuff!!
