First-Time Purchases
If you’re trying Powersludge for the first time and it’s not the right fit for you, we’ll refund your purchase of up to four boxes within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
- No returns required for your first box. Simply email us at support@powersludge.com and we’ll process your refund.
- For boxes two through four, we ask that boxes be returned unopened at customer's expense so we can responsibly dispose of them and reduce food waste. Returning these boxes helps us maintain our commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
Ongoing Purchases
For all subsequent orders, refunds are only available for items damaged during shipping or delivered incorrectly.
- Contact support@powersludge.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include proof of damage (photo, video, etc.), and we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.
